How we use it

We use your answers to respond to your inquiry, understand what you are looking for, and plan a useful follow-up. Inquiries receive an internal follow-up grade based on the selected price range, area, and timeline; buyer grades also consider the financing answer. This is a rough planning aid reviewed by a person, not a decision about housing eligibility or property value.

We may download the lead information into a customer relationship management system to manage follow-up. We do not ask for payment details in this form.

Mobile information and text alerts

Automated text messages from this site are new-inquiry alerts sent only to Tyler Davis at the mobile number he designates. Tyler opts in on the owner alert form by entering his number and checking a separate, initially unchecked consent box. He can disable alerts there or reply STOP to the sender. An alert is requested once for each new form submission, so message frequency varies with the number of inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Tyler may share relevant inquiry details with his brokerage or team members when needed to respond to your request or provide real estate services, not for their marketing or promotions.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry records as needed for follow-up and ordinary business or legal recordkeeping. You can ask Tyler to correct or delete your inquiry information, or ask not to be contacted again, through the MET Group contact page. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
